Chicken breast fillets canned and cooked in brine with high protein content (26% ), only 1% fat and 0,5% carbohydrate.
The meat is chosen according to strict criteria, selecting lean cuts, made solely with chicken breast, which are then carefully placed into cans. Once filled, cans are placed in an autoclave, subjected to a sterilizzation process and subsequently, to quick pressure cooking. The presence of water inside the cans represents the natural process of meat cooking which, at high temperatures, releases all its juices. NET CONTENT: 155 grams (Drained weight: 100 grams).
