Ki Wholemeal flour Oat flour can be used alone, or in addition to wheat and KAMUT®, to prepare biscuits and other baked goods. It can also be used for porridge, a dish used for the typical Anglo-Saxon breakfast. Ideal for porridge. The organic wholemeal oat flour produced by milling whole grain seeds. Oats are rich in nutritional and beneficial properties for the body, both physical and mental. It is rich in fibers, vitamins, especially in group B, and mineral salts. You can use wholegrain oat flour for the preparation of desserts such as cakes and biscuits, for bread making. In general, it is excellent for making all the baked goods, making them lighter.
