DIRECTIONS: We recommend taking a dose of 34g (2 scoops) to be dissolved in 150 ml of water. The best time to take VB MICELLE XL is when it is not possible to consume a meal based on solid Protein, such as meat, fish or eggs. Per example, at breakfast, as a snack between main meals or before bed.
