The extraordinary nutritional composition of this bar completes the daily protein intake essential for athletes, even during competitive preparation.

Very high dose of Protein: it is an 80 g bar, containing 30 g of Protein, therefore it can be used as a replacement food to integrate a significant amount of Protein.

Designed to be taken as a snack before an intense fitness training session and as an anabolic snack for those following a diet aimed at increasing and maintaining muscle mass.

Alternatively it can be taken after a heavy training session to restore the correct levels of nutrients in the body.
 
DIRECTIONS: We recommend a bar after physical activity and/or as a mid-morning/afternoon snack.
