Milk proteins are so called complete proteins, because they provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body does not synthesize and must be supplied with the diet (Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Treonina, Tryptophan, Valina).

DIRECTIONS: dissolve one scoop (30 g) of product and dissolve in 200-250 ml of water or milk, take once a day.
