ÜBER MILK is a premium quality milk protein isolate! Milk - due to it’s unique protein content - may be one of the greatest muscle building foods. It naturally contains a ratio of about 80% Casein and 20% Whey protein. Our gently ultrafiltered milk protein isolate preserves this ratio and provides the casein as undenatured Micellar Casein (instead of denatured, lower quality Caseinate), because the product is not treated with chemicals. High quality protein has an optimal indispensable amino acid composition for human needs and high digestibility. Most dietary proteins of animal origin can be considered as such high quality protein. Dietary proteins are the source of nitrogen and indispensable amino acids, which the body requires for tissue growth and maintenance, therefore ÜBER MILK contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and also to the maintenance of normal bones*. ÜBER MILK is great for meals during the day and before bed for example. We added 2 popular free amino acids to this formula: L-Arginine and L-Glutamine!

RECOMMENDATION: Mix 1 serving with 250 ml water, milk or juice. Drink a serving preferably right after training. Additional servings can optionally be consumed. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
