Nitrate activates smooth muscle tissue and enlarges the arteries, veins and capillaries to maximize blood flow to areas like your biceps, triceps and quads.

For sports people l-arginine is a very attractive amino acid because it has two interesting aspects: First l-Arginine is an amino acid that the human body normally can produce itself from l-glycine and l-methionine. But in times of intense sporting activities, during a diet or stress l-arginine is not produced sufficiently. Therefore, it is important to provide your body with this semi-essential amino-acid to support your protein metabolism.

Second it is the only precursor of so called Nitrogen Monoxide (NO), a bioactive molecule which has the effect of so called Vasodilatation (expansion of the vessels). This leads to more and faster blood flow, and this means more nutrients and more oxygen transported to just where they are needed. And this is especially needed during your workout.


RECOMMENDATION: 5 tablets directly before workout with a glas of water. Do not exeed recommended daily consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be taken as a substitute for varied and balanced diet.
