LABOREST PINEAL NOTTE RETARD
Food supplement based on plant substances Melatonin is a fundamental hormone during physiological sleep, contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and is also useful in case of long journeys to alleviate the effects of jet-lag **. It is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland and one of its main activities is to stabilize the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases. * The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed. ** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. Griffonia is a plant whose seeds are characterized by the high concentration of a particular amino acid known as Tryptophan, which represents the fundamental substrate for the production of various compounds in our organism. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, that is, it must be introduced with the diet, because our body is unable to produce it endogenously. It represents the only precursor of serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter with multiple activities including that of positively regulating the humoral sphere. Griffonia is useful for maintaining normal mood by promoting mental well-being, and together with Valerian and Hops it promotes falling asleep and sleep. Valerian is a flowering plant belonging to the Valerianaceae family, among the molecules obtainable from this species of plant there are esters of valerenic acids, some flavonoids and diterpene compounds known as iridinoids. Valerian and Hops promote relaxation and sleep. DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to take 1 tablet of PINEAL® NOTTE RETARD in the evening, just before bedtime. STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place.
