Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the body. It is a semi-essential amino acid: under normal circumstances the body is able to synthesize a sufficient quantity but, in case of increased need, it is not able to meet the needs. L-glutamine plays a fundamental role in supporting the immune system: it maintains in fact the functionality of the gastro-intestinal system, and represents a substrate for the production of energy in enterocytes and lymphocytes, which is why it can be considered a fundamental nutrient in support of the immune system. On a muscular level, glutamine is among the most common amino acids and with physical activity increases its requirements. Important is its role as a nitrogen and carbon donor, necessary for the constitution of proteins and therefore for muscle maintenance.
DIRECTIONS: L-glutamine is an amino acid naturally produced by the body and contained in food. The intake of L-gluatamine can be useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.

The Company + Watt srl was founded in 1997. The commercial aspect cannot be commented on by us, it would be too presumptuous, but it is worth remembering that over the years + Watt srl has considerably expanded with its strength. Selling something for the first time is relatively easy, but the continuity over time is given by the possibility that the product is appreciated and creates customer loyalty that for no reason should be "betrayed".
The scientific aspect has been the workhorse of society, it flows in its veins and derives from the passion and professional training of the two founding members. Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.
Every product is born with excellent raw materials, it must be based on a solid scientific base that must be explained in a simple and truthful way, and, above all, the product must meet, understand and interpret the demands and needs of the athletes. And this can only be done by those who have done and are part of that world, of sport and science and not just "hearsay".
Over the years, Marco and Guido have tried to convey a message that we believe to be fundamental and important for society: those who buy a + Watt product not only buy a supplement, but above all the awareness of being able to improve their athletic limits.
